Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

We want you to love your artwork. If you purchase an artwork sight-unseen and it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive the piece.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your artwork by contacting us via the contact form.
  • The artwork must be in its original condition — undamaged, unframed (if received unframed), and in the original packaging.
  • Commissioned artworks are made to order and cannot be returned.
  • All other artworks — originals and prints — are eligible for return within the 7-day window.

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork, stating the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a delivery address.
  3. Package the artwork securely — ideally in the same packaging it arrived in — and ship it back.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for both local and international returns. Please ensure the artwork is packaged securely for transit to prevent damage during the return journey.

For international returns, any import duties or taxes paid on the original order cannot be recovered by us, as these are levied by your country's customs authority.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 working days. You will receive a full refund of the artwork price to your original payment method.

Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged Artwork

We take the utmost care to package every artwork securely to prevent damage during transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for damaged artwork, as there is no way for us to determine whether damage occurred during transit or after delivery.

We strongly recommend arranging shipping insurance for added peace of mind. Contact us before placing your order and we can arrange this for you.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under the standard returns policy above.
