Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within South Africa takes 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch. International orders typically take 14–21 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
How are artworks packaged for shipping?
International orders are rolled, wrapped in protective material, and shipped in a PVC tube. Stretched canvas or framed works that can't be rolled need a custom shipping crate. We'll quote you for those separately. For local SA orders, stretched canvas ships as-is in protective packaging, and prints go in a tube.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Prints and rollable artworks ship in a tube at standard rates. For stretched canvas or framed works going international, contact us for a custom crated shipping quote.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item, packaging type, and destination. Each artwork is shipped individually to ensure safe delivery.
Is shipping insurance included?
Shipping insurance is not included by default. If you would like your artwork insured during transit, please contact us before placing your order and we'll arrange it separately.
What about customs duties and import taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an artwork?
Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on artwork bought sight-unseen. If you're not happy with your purchase, get in touch within 7 days of receiving it and we'll arrange a return.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Commissioned artworks are made to order and cannot be returned. All other artworks are eligible for return within the 7-day window.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for both local and international returns. Please ensure artwork is packaged securely for transit. Import duties paid on international orders cannot be recovered.
How long does a refund take?
Once the artwork is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 working days. You'll receive a full refund on the artwork price.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Every artwork is packaged with care, but unfortunately we can't offer refunds for damage since we have no way to know if it happened in transit or after delivery. We'd strongly recommend shipping insurance if you want that peace of mind. Get in touch before ordering and we'll sort it out.
Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT for South African orders. All payments are processed securely.
What currency are prices displayed in?
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) by default, with the option to view in USD, EUR, or GBP. South African prices include 15% VAT. International prices are shown excluding VAT.
